A seminar for young artists where logotherapeutic ideas become a creative experience. Meaning was explored as something to be experienced, rather than as an abstract concept. Values were approached as part of everyday life, rather than as theory.
We worked with Frankl’s three categories of values — creative, experiential and attitudinal — and explored meaning, balance and resilience to stress. We also considered when the stage brings light and when words wound. The seminar concluded with a workshop on techniques for discovering values and meaning in life and art.
“A profound and uplifting experience, full of meaning — the meaning of the moment, of the day, of life.” — participant
Leader: Dr Kameliya Slavcheva. Host: Theatre Workshop for Dreams.
