13–14 June 2026 · Sofia · “Psychotherapy in the Age of Post-Truth. Ethics and Standards”

XIV National Conference of the Bulgarian Association for Psychotherapy

The XIV National Conference of the Bulgarian Association for Psychotherapy — two days in which psychotherapists of every modality in the country discussed the same question: what it means to work with integrity at a time when truth has become a matter of point of view.

Within the conference programme, Dr Kameliya Slavcheva led the workshop “Meaning and Values in Life According to Viktor Frankl's Logotherapy”, covering the three kinds of values — creative, experiential and attitudinal; external measures of success against an inner compass of values; how to find one's values and live by them; the kinds of meaning — ultimate, universal, and the meaning of the moment; difficulty and challenge as makers of meaning; and the logotherapeutic techniques for uncovering values and meaning.

At the conference, logotherapy was introduced to colleagues from other psychotherapeutic modalities — an encounter that developed into connections, partnerships and friendships.

Workshop leader: Dr Kameliya Slavcheva
